Terry D. Loftis is the Donna Wilhelm Family President and Executive Director of TACA (The Arts Community Alliance). Formally Vice President of Investor Development for the Broadway Strategic Return Fund. Loftis is a Tony nominated Broadway producer and brand strategist/marketing professional with 30 years of experience.

As a Broadway producer, he was nominated for a Tony Award for The Visit (2014-15 Broadway season). He then was a co-producer on Bandstand (2016-17 Broadway season) which won the Tony for Best Choreography.

Loftis serves on several non-profit board in addition to Texans for the Arts in the Dallas area including the Black Tie Dinner (Program Chair), Resource Center and the President's Council at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
